What Is Affordable Naperville? Affordable Naperville is an independent and rapidly growing group of Naperville citizens who are concerned about the rising costs (affordability) of living in Naperville. We are especially concerned about those in our city who are struggling financially and can least afford unnecessary increases in the cost of living. Our current agenda is to make Napervillians aware that environmental activists, some who live in our city but unfortunately many that don’t, are advocating for Naperville to leave the city's current low cost electricity supplier, IMEA. This would result in unnecessary increases in our electrical bills with zero associated benefits. Affordable Naperville receives no outside funding and has no affiliation with IMEA.
